God designed us to do life and faith in community, and he wants us to grow in our understanding of who He is and who He created us to be. Our groups provide us with the opportunity to connect with others, make great friends, and deepen our relationship with God.
📩 Invite
You’re invited to join a Practicing the Way Small Group this season!
We’ll be using resources from John Mark Comer and Practicing the Way to intentionally slow down, be with Jesus, and learn how to follow Him in the rhythms of everyday life.
This group is designed for anyone longing to go deeper in their apprenticeship to Jesus—not just learning about Him, but actually practicing His way together in community.
📖 Group Description
Following Jesus was never meant to be a solo journey. In this small group, we’ll explore what it looks like to become like Jesus by practicing the habits, teachings, and rhythms He modeled. Each week we’ll engage in conversation, Scripture, and practical steps for living this out in real life. The goal isn’t perfection, but formation—learning together how to arrange our lives around being with Jesus, becoming like Him, and doing what He did.
A group will be kicking off on Monday, September 30th and running for 8 weeks. For more info talk to Nate or Abby Conroy. This will be hosted at the Conroy's house in Albertville from 6-7:30pm (kids are welcome!).
A group will be kicking off on Wednesday, October 1st and running for 8 weeks (note that the group will NOT meet on 10/15 due to MEA). Wednesday nights will be hosted at the Christenson's house in Otsego from 6:30-8pm (kids are welcome!).
